(Terrorist Elimination Tactical Unit) watched. He reports his findings then proceeds to intercept while she is distracted. But, her training kicks in and she responds getting the upper hand for a moment before he turns the tables and takes her down. Now the fun begins as he tightens the garrote around her neck, slowly and purposefully strangling her. This is part of his training. Slowly kill these terrorist-let then know death is inevitable as they suffer. With the women, he takes it extra personal, pulling her on top of him so he can feel her whole body reacting to the trauma and fear.......
